Teeth Whitening Home Remedy

Everyone wants a perfect smile. Nice white teeth help to give a good impression that you take care of yourself and you care about your smile. I have perfected a home remedy that whitens your teeth without spending big bucks on professional whitening and even without buying any type of whitening home kit. These are products you can find around your house.

What You'll Need:

-A Tooth Brush

-Baking Soda

-Hydrogen Peroxide

-Water (to wash your mouth out after)

Directions:

-Take about a table spoon of the peroxide and pour into a small bowl.

-Then, pour a table spoon a baking soda into the same bowl.

-Mix the ingredients together.

-Let it sit for at least a minute so it will become a pasty texture.

-Brush your teeth with the paste. Try your best not to let it touch your gums, lips, inside of mouth, etc. It will turn them white for a little, but it will go away.

-Wash your mouth out thoroughly.

Do this twice a week until you reach your desired whiteness, then continue to do this once a week to keep it white. This will produce immediate results so do this the day before a big event! Consult with a dentist, doctor, or parent before trying this method!
