Holiday Gift Guide: Girls

Hey guys! So I know I've been lacking on the posts lately. I'm so sorry for that! I'm going to be honest and say that I could have done more but I've been lazy lately and for that I'm very sorry! But, with the holiday season coming up, there is so much more to write about. Today, I'm going to be showing you guys my holiday gift guide for all of those who are looking to give their female friends presents!


So in these gift guides, I will be showing everyone how to give great gifts, for not a huge amount of money! The following is different options if you have many friends!

1) Secret Santa

One of the more popular holiday games, Secret Santa is a fun and easy way for a group of friends to exchange gifts. 

The basic concept of the Secret Santa game is simple. All of the participants’ names are placed into a hat, box, etc. and mixed up. You then choose one name from the box, but don't tell anyone which name was picked. You are now responsible for buying a gift for the person selected. 

When you wrap the gift, write the person's name, but make sure to keep it a secret for who it's from! Throughout the month of December, leave surprises (candy, notes, hints, etc) in the person's locker, mailbox, or wherever else you know they'll find it! Then, make a date for your Secret Santa party! Invite everyone who is participating and everyone will bring their gifts. You have to now guess who your Secret Santa was! It's a lot of fun and an awesome party game. Make sure you make a clear price range for the gifts. Make sure you give a minimum amount so one person doesn't spend five dollars while another spends fifty because that isn't fair. Make sure everyone can afford the amount! This game is great if you have a lot of friends because you'll only have to buy one gift!

2) Small Gifts

This set is only $20 and you can use each
eye shadow for a different friend!

If you don't like the option of Secret Santa, getting a lot of the same small gift is also a good options for saving money! They aren't very personal, but they can be good just so the person knows you were thinking of them! What I like to do, is buy a gift set (For example, the Sephora Eye Shadow set.. see picture) and hand out one of the items to each friend! Little lip glosses, teddy bears, or even eye shadows are awesome gifts for all of your beauty loving friends! Sephora has tons of gift sets with several products in them like perfume and eye shadows that are perfect to hand out one eye shadow or perfume per friend! Little sample size products are always a hit with girls!

3) Home-Made Gifts

Everyone loves a homemade gift! They are special, from the heart, and really personal. Everyone loves gifts that they know took a lot of effort and have a lot of thought put into them. But how can you make a cute gift? Well theres many ways to make cute gifts! Here are some ideas:

*Frame a small picture of you and a friend with an ornament and you have a really easy, inexpensive, and cute gift for your friend! 

*Make a batch of cookies and hand them out to all your friends (my personal favorite :P ) 

*Make some cute candles or scented potpourri to have their room smelling good in no time!

*Design beaded bracelet for a friend!

*Make coupons for a movie night at your house along with a bag of popcorn!

*Put together a scrap book of all your good times!

*Burn your friend a CD with all their favorite songs or some Christmas music!
