Red, stubborn bumps along your legs, bikini line, and underarm area can be not only ugly, but painful! These are some tricks I've either discovered on my own or learned from others who get razor burn as well! Hope it helps :)
Exfoliating before shaving is key to prevent razor burn. It will get rid of dry skin which can create major razor burn! To do this, take any kind of soap or body wash and apply to a loofah. Scrub your legs, underarms, and bikini area with the loofah in circular motions.

Soak your razor in hot water before shaving. Towards the end of you shower, the hot water will remove any bumps or jagged edges your razor may have. Your razor will also have a softer feeling but, it will still be as effective.
3)Use a Razor with Less Blades
I know, I know, razor companies advertise these five blade razors that look like they work a charm, but believe it or not- the more blades, the more likely you will get razor burn. Buy a two or three blade razor to lesson your likelihood of razor burn.
